Sparrow is a sweet yearling Bay Standardbred gelding that currently stands 15hh and still growing! He leads, stands tied and picks up his feet. He’s a very nice and sweet boy, he would do best as only a future trail horse as he had some early onset arthritis in his back left hock that has been getting better with time (our amazing vet has cleared him to be sound for light riding!). He lounges well in the round pen and on a lead. He is still a baby and does baby things. Sparrow needs a handler who knows what they’re doing and how to teach a young horse what to do. Yes, he is a project, but he has a very good brain to him and has the willingness to learn.
