Rooted In Love Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates as a division of Seeded Faith Farm Rescue. We rescue equines and other farm animals from difficult circumstances, providing them with humane shelter and compassionate care.

We rescue and rehome equines (horses, ponies, donkeys), goats, mini pigs, fowl (chickens, ducks), and rabbits. Our focus is on farm animals that are often overlooked by traditional rescue organizations.

Yes! We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible, and 100% of contributions go directly to animal care — we have no paid staff.

Browse our available animals, submit an adoption application through our website, and we will respond within 48-72 hours. Local adopters will be invited for a meet-and-greet before finalizing the adoption.

Fees vary by species: Mini pigs ($25-$180), Horses/Ponies ($200-$1,200), Donkeys ($200-$450), Goats ($50 each), and Fowl ($5-$10 each). Fees support veterinary care, nutrition, and shelter operations.

Yes! We do adopt to out-of-state families. Within Michigan, we recommend ARK Transport as a trusted partner. Out-of-state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Adopters must have secure, species-appropriate habitat, access to a farm veterinarian, knowledge or experience with the species, and respectful intent (animals must be kept as companions, never for slaughter or breeding).

Visits are arranged by appointment so we can protect the animals, respect foster homes, and make sure a volunteer is available to meet you. Please contact us before planning a visit.

Yes, when the work is appropriate and scheduled in advance. We can help document approved service hours for school, court, or organizational requirements.

Donations support feed, hay, bedding, veterinary care, medications, fencing, transport, and daily sanctuary needs. We are volunteer-run with no paid staff.

Yes. Supplies are very helpful, especially when they match current needs. Please contact us before larger drop-offs so we can confirm timing, storage, and priority items.

Financial donations through Zeffy provide receipts automatically. For supply or equipment donations, contact us so we can document the gift appropriately.
